The Esthe Lounge operates this website to share information about our esthetician training, to let schools and students request a studio tour, and to answer questions. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information this site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

About this site. This site is for tour bookings and inquiries. It does not sell products and has no checkout, so it does not collect or process any payment card information. Purchases are handled on our separate online store at theesthelounge.com, which has its own Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through the forms on this site:

Tour request form: your school or organization name, your name, email address, phone number, the number of students, the demo you are interested in, and the tour date and time you request.
Contact form: your name, email address, and an optional phone number.

We also store a small amount of information in your browser using local storage: the tour dates and times you have already requested on this device. This is used only so the booking calendar can show those slots as taken. It stays on your device and is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify you.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to your tour request or message and to schedule and confirm tours.
To follow up with you about school discounts, availability, and related questions.
To keep the site secure and working correctly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Form submissions on this site are delivered to The Esthe Lounge through Netlify Forms. Netlify is our website host and processes these submissions on our behalf so we can receive and respond to them. We share your information only with service providers like Netlify that help us operate this site, or when required by law.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by contacting us using the details below.
You can clear the locally stored tour history at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
You do not have to provide the optional fields, though required fields are needed to process a tour request.

Children

This site is intended for schools, prospective students, and adults. If a student is under the age of majority, a school representative or guardian should submit requests on their behalf.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
